Conditions
Glassnote Ent. Group [2009]

Fire Drill Review:
Australia's Temper Trap have sprung onto the scene with the help of their catchy track "Sweet Disposition" being featured in the indie summer flick (500) Days Of Summer [2009]. The band now has finally released their debut record Conditions this week, which should earn them some more attention. The band has a large stadium rock sound like a Coldplay or U2, while Dougy Mandagi's voice is distinct enough to separate The Temper Trap out from a large group of bands that could be lumped into the above category. The final result is that if you are enamored by "Sweet Disposition", then Conditions will not disappoint. If you are looking for something completely unique, The Temper Trap may not be for you but overall Conditions is a solid debut, that if taken at face value is an enjoyable listen!
